About product inventory

If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will not process your order.


If the item you need shows out of stock, the product may be in the process of production or temporarily stopped. For details, please contact customer service to obtain the latest product production status.


You must pay using the payment methods provided on this website. If there is a problem during the payment period, please contact customer service.


Commodity price changes

The price of our products may change from time to time, but price changes will not affect any orders we have confirmed by shipping confirmation.

Cancel an order

Can I change the shipping address of my package after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in transit, but you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

This website delivers products according to the delivery address specified by the user.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


  • If the buyer cancels the order more than 1 hour after the order is placed, the buyer must bear any return shipping costs that may apply.
  • If the customer provides the wrong address, resulting in the loss or irretrievability of the package, the customer shall bear the loss. SAAwill not replace orders or issue refunds.
  • If you find that the package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse express delivery and contact our customer service.
